This statement relates to our privacy practices in relation to the processing of personal information. 


Personal Data that we collect and process

When you contact me, I will collect and process personal data relating to you as appropriate. Such personal data may typically comprise your name and contact details, including your phone number and email address, your date of birth, notes on referring Issues you bring to my attention for which you seek support and any other pertinent information


Purpose of information held

The data collected is used only to enable me to tailor support for you and is never shared with anyone else without your express consent.


Storage of Personal data

Personal data is anonymised and only kept for one year following the conclusion of my provision of therapeutic support for you, and is kept under lock and key. 


Your rights

You have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

  • Right to access the data – You have the right to request a copy of the personal data that I hold about you.
  • Right to rectification – You have the right to request correction to any inaccurate data I hold about you
  • Right to erasure/Right to be forgotten – You have the right to request deletion of personal data that I hold about you. 
  • Right to restriction of processing or to object to processing – You have the right to request that I no longer hold or process your personal data for particular purposes 
  • Right to data portability – You have the right to request us to provide you, or a designated third party, with a copy of your personal data.
  • Right to withdraw your consent – you have the right to withdraw consent for further processing or use of your personal data.
